Also honored to be elected a Board Member for the NCAC, North Country Arts Council. I will serve a three-year term alongside other prominent artists from the North Country. I am excited to bring more dance and performance arts to the Arts on The Square! -Rhonda

Intro to Sr and Sr dancer challenge (and any other dancer who is up for it): February is Food Diary Month! Please keep a diary of what you eat...and drink... and then use one of your numerous "apps" to see the calories you consume. Are they healthy calories? Empty calories? It is competition season and you need to be HEALTHY--- AHEM, NOT SKINNY-- and sometimes, seeing it on the page makes it all more "real" and helps you make some changes that make you feel better and dance stronger! I am already taking the challenge... xxoo Miss Rhonda
