Nichole Fiacco
Vocal & Acting Instructor
At Rhonda's FooteWorks, our faculty is passionate about inspiring dancers, building confidence, and developing strong technical foundations. Our dedicated instructors bring their knowledge, creativity, and love of dance into every class, helping each student grow both as a dancer and as an individual. Did you know that ALL of our Instructors have unique ties to our RFW Company and dance family? There are many studio legacies (teachers who grew up dancing at the studio) or they are parents to current RFW Company dancers OR they ARE RFW Company dancers! We believe this unique fact shows the longevity and success of our dance studio programming and the commitment to the values and professionalism Rhonda's FooteWorks stands for. Meet our faculty at any of our Open House , Free Class, or Registration events!
Our Instructors are leaders in and out of our studio! Small business owners, teachers, media moguls, special needs aides, government employees and college students... Miss Madi P was even named to the NNY Business 20 Under 40 in 2026! We believe in investing in our community!
